I have a leg pain issue while running, persisting for three years. When I run, I feel pain in the front of my leg, not in the joints. A local doctor recommended some vitamins, but they didn’t help. There’s no leg fracture or other issue, just pain. How can I deal with these issues? Please help.

i do not run frequently i mostly walk due to pain issues. some time i go for running after a week or month when i start i feel pain and then stop and continue walk.

What kind of pain is it? Dull aching pain or a sharp severe pain? Is it severe enough to make you stop running?

very sharp pain like i cant run anymore. pain in the leg front side.

It is most probably Medial tibial stress syndrome.
Recommended initial treatment for this can be :
Rest from running for 2–6 weeks then gradual return to running.
Ice the area after activity.
Use shock-absorbing shoes or insoles.
