Talk to General Physician on Leg Sore After Itching.

AOA, i have a sore on my right foot which was caused by itching, first the pore was small but it kept growing and now it has almost 2 weeks not healing, i apply sani plast to the area atleast everyday and the wound discharge pus so i now don't apply that and let it dry, it dries out but whenever i go for shower it breaks down the dry skin again, there is no pain or little to no itching on the affected area. What is this and what should i do?. Please at least clear me on the issue rather saying book consultation so i will make my mind and will surely book the consultation.
