Hi. I've had this sore on my bottom lip for over 3-4 months. I have never had this problem before. It burns and itches sometimes. It's always flakey and sometimes water like matter comes out of it. I am not on any medication, no significant dietary changes. Is there any topical cream I can apply on it? Thank you!
