Asking for Self, Male, 40 years old, Islamabad
For the past year, I have been getting my lipid profile tested every quarter. My total blood cholesterol has consistently remained around 245 mg/dL throughout this period. Despite making lifestyle changes such as avoiding junk food, exercising daily, and taking Rovista 5 mg intermittently, my cholesterol levels have not decreased. I am seeking advice on how to bring my total cholesterol down to below 200 mg/dL.
