Talk to General Physician on Lipoma/ Gilti

Hi, there is a lipoma kind of thing above my waistline on right side. Its on the back side of my body. It's there from a long time but it was tiny and not painful at all. Now, it's painful. It's under the skin, means you cannot see or feel unless you touch it. A tiny area surrounding it also in pain. There is a red scar as well just next to lipoma but I have never got any wound at that place so don't know why its there as well. The size of lipmoa is approximately 1 inch or less but I'm concerned about the pain which started 3 days ago. I'm attaching the image as well for the reference and circles the lipoma as well.
