i am suffering from loss of smell and taste from almost last 10 days. i don't feel any taste and also no smell of food or anything. sometimes smell turns to bad smell. in start there was a slight runny nose whenever i drink cold warter or eat cold yougart, but now its it turned to a slight nose block. also my throat feels mucus after eating drinking. no fever, no fatigue, no itching in throat, no pain in throat, no cough and no other symptoms. please help. jazakAllahu khair regards. Steam inhalation and nasal spray will help in blocked nose. take anti allergic once a day and panadol thrice a day. if symptoms persist then get it checked by ENT specialist.

can you please recommend an anti allergic? and can you suggest any particular nasal spary? and please tell if i never felt fever do i still need to take panadol?

Yes sure,take Kestine 10mg once a day. xynosine spray twice a day. panadol will help in case of pain or mild inflammation. take first 2 to 3 days .tc
