female age 23 normally don't have BP problem, but sometimes facing low BP, now she has throat problem, and temperature due to this, using Erythrocin 250 msg and provas Duo tablet, but she is facing low BP, drink salty water, boil egg with salt, but BP is still low, 50/100, what should she take for low BP.. please suggest.. give her tab Panadol 1+1 tab montika 10 mg at night tab kestine 10 mg at night steam inhalation or nebulize her with atem n clinic solution 1+1+1 for 5 days take plenty of water with good diet

Increase oral fluid intake. Drink ORS 1 to 1.5 litre daily for few days. Do not worry about BP at 100/50 if she doesn’t have any complaint of dizziness or lethargy. Do a CBC test as well.
get cbc done and in mean time.for.low bp take ors Sachet in 1and half litre of water
