Talk to General Physician on Lower Back Pain

i’m having left lower back pains especially in my left leg and left butt side The pains like very sharp and it moves from left lower back to left arm and left butt left leg and feet and its for few sec but its sharp pain-full type of pain! kindly please suggest mein what should i do
