Lower Back Pain Followed By Leg And Foot

Question

My sister has been facing pain in one leg for last 8-10 years before marriage. We have consulted with doctors and done MRI scan of backbone but nothing was diagnosed. One of the doctor just told that it is due to vein pressing issue but couldn't be cured. Now she has continuous pain in leg and foot. Which type of tests should be followed to diagnose the issue and which doctor deals in this type of disease? Her uric acid and cholesterol levels are normal. Thank you!
