Talk to General Physician on Lumbar Scoliosis: Degenerative Disc(herniated Disc)

History: suffering since 5 years but the recent year 2022 health became sever leading to not being able to stand/walk for more than 2 minutes or take few steps only and pain starts and sit or sleep. According to the MRI reports there were 2 option suggested by doctor ie surgery or nerve root block. She went for the 2nd option and got only nerve root block injection in October 2022 but there is insignificant improvement. Looking for non-surgical treatment please suggest about PRP/stem cell I have heard that PRP/stem cell treatment for back pain and other injuries is effective in healing injuries. Since Surgery is not option im willing to take Where is this treatment provided for herniated disc+lumbar scoliosis in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Any real time patient who regained stability and mobility in life? As this health issue has caused significantly reduced mobility and has disoriented life cycle terribly.
