Could be bad posture or weight lifting associated disc issue!
- PHYSIOTHERAPY good one, for strengthening of your back core muscles is ideal treatment at this age.
- Avoid bending, weight lifting even small kids, use English toilet till u gain back muscles strength!
- Tab MOVAX 4mg at bed time as muscle relaxant on/off can be taken,
- Tab Nuberol 3 times a day for pain can be taken.
