ma'am you should get it examined by general surgeon for evaluation
Most probably it is due to superficial infection. Do you use razors for hair removal ? Sometimes hair gets trapped inside and leads to infection. Use fusicidin cream 3 times daily. If not treated in 7 days. Go to general surgeon for examination.
