Asking For Self, Female 28, mirpurkhas
I have had constipation and recurring anal fissures in the past. I get relief after using laxative or home remedies. the problem is not frequent. It happens once a year but I have been feeling a non painful lump around my anus for some time. sometimes I feel burning when I pass stool but nothing much other than this. this morning I noticed blood in my stool. what should I do? i don't know if it's hemorrhoids or skin tags as it's not painful.
Need examination visit to near one surgeon

The lump is smaller than pea size I think, it's pinkish in color. I have had it for over an year, but there were no other symptoms so I was advised to leave it alone. I am not sure if it was blood in stool or red color from some food as I have never experienced it before.
I also have PCOS and I'm overweight.

It can be hemorrhoids because of constipation for long time. Keep observing for any lumps. Add fibres in your diet. Fast food and oily food avoid kren. Get a check up done with a surgeon aswell.
