Talk to General Physician on Maybe Tension Headache?

I'm not sure exactly what has happened to me. But It's like tight band wrap around my forehead, side of head, and back of the head, My eyes are tired all the time, when I try to work, the band pain increases, i'm not able to work or focus, first it was occurring only when I was trying to work but now it has become chronic, it just doesn't go away and its been a week now.
