I had an accident last year. I was given 12 bottles of blood and was on vent for 2 weeks. I was having gnc multivitamins and on recommendation of doctor I started taking surbex z but then I stopped taking it. Should I be having it right now it has been 1 and a half year to my accident. How long is it required to take multivitamins as I am not taking any multivitamins right now.

No I don't feel easily tired but i have had infections last year for which I took medicines and they got cured
