I wanted to know the difference between Cac1000 tablets and sachets? As tablets are quite expensive than sachets thats why asking. Moreover can people both male and female from age of 20 to 60 can take one daily?

Calcium tablets should not be taken in routine daily. I is given only to people who have calcium deficiency or poor dietary intake of calcium.
In people with normal calcium levels, taking calcium tablets is actually harmful in long run
