Thanks for response, duration is around1 month and actually I have to do a lot of sitting thats why I think it caused pain...

Check your vit.D and calcium levels.
do streching exercise . you can see videos on youtube .
take tablet Digesic forte 1+1
D shot injection oraly after 1 week for 1 month .

Thanks , actually pain start from middle of back not from belly and when I touch that I feel pain, when I bend to backward I feel the movement of something like bone, and now I also feel pain right leg muscle
