I m suffering in mouth ulcers cant eat any thing. Feel like bohat chubhan . And tongue is reddish looks like cut on my tongue.

No smoking, no Velo . Im taking only fruits. And i cant eat anything only yogurt and al day fruits like mangoes and cherry banana . Im taking antidepressants medicnes from last 2 years

Actially Neuro doctor prescribed me Nassa and Epival CR after taking 2 dose mouth sore started then doctor skip my these medicnes but mouth sore is not healing ❤️?
