mje boht frequently mouth me ulcers ho jatyy Jo 3 4 din or Kai br week bd Theek hoty,pain ki wjah se khaya piya b ni jata,docs ko jb b krwaya check,they prescribe somogel and some kind of mouth wash for temporary relief.. what's the actual reason behind these ulcers and how can I get rid of them permanently? is it some sort of deficiency or Infection? kch log kehty stomach me grmi lekin mene thndi taseer wali cheezein b try ki,lekin koi frq ni pra.. anyone plz help

u have some food allergy..kindly avoid fast food specially burger , pizza n all food which have sodium mono glutamate .. n don't use tooth paste which has sodium lauryl sulphate..
take tablet folic acid once daily n lot of fluids.
