Talk to General Physician on Multiple Issues

Aoa! I have symptoms like shaky hands, losing hair, white hair, very very light hair, skin acne, low stamina, heart starts racing when I do exercise and feel like vomiting for a short time, sperm drops leak whenever sexual thought occurs which is transparent. I did cbc, tsh, sgpt, creatinine, fbs tests and all came normal. Testosterone and prolactin report is attached. I thought I’m infertile or impotent but my doctor said I’m fine and he physically examined me as well. Plz tell me why are these symptoms present. How can these symptoms be treated? Also, I’m not involved in any wrong deeds. Thanks!
