Please don't take any injections. Just take either Panadol or Nuberol forte or movax. Apply moove cream or voltral cream on painful muscles. Massage therapy is the best to relax the painful muscles. You can also apply warm towel after soaking it in warm water which also relaxes the muscles quite well.
