My daughter is suffering from chest infection with dry cough and mild fever,her age is 3.3 years and weight is 14kg,I have given medicines prescribed by doctor but it's not working (syrp Britanyl,syrp Caebex plus,syrp Macrobac ,Panadol)

How long has the fever lasted?Check body temperature with a thermometer( not with hands,like most mother do at times.)If fever is settled ,cough will also go away.It takes longer for cough to resolve than fever.
Please post the total duration of illness ,day of antibiotic and body temperature as of today.
