Asking for Sister Female 27 , lahore
my sister got a severe pain in neck region amd lower back few days back. now she is not able to move, sit or lying in pain. i have attached the reports kindly a neurologist or spine surgeon review this and gives the best possible treatment to it.
there is no neurological problem

well, if the movements are restricted because of pain then you need inject her with
1) inj toradol iv state
2) inj decadron 2cc iv state
and tab muscoril 2mg 1+1 for 7 days
tab gabica 75 mg 1 tab daily
tab voltral 50mg 1+1+1
tab tramapar plus 1+1+1
give these tablets..the pain is going to ease off but complete remission will take at least a couple of weeks.

Use muscle relaxcant movax 2mg two time a day and tab Neuromet Or methycobal 500IU two time a day Tab celibax 100mg two time a day for 1week
