Talk to General Physician on Nasal Congestion+Fever+Headache

Hello, I've been experiencing nasal congestion for the past 2-3 weeks, leading to a persistent headache. The congestion worsens at night, causing a fever. I have to clear my nose frequently, but the congestion returns. Sleeping with my mouth open at night sometimes results in uvulitis when I wake up. Throughout the day, I have body aches due to a mild fever. I also underwent surgery for a Deviated Nasal Septum 8 years ago, and since then, I have been consistently experiencing issues with my nose specially in Winter Season. Could any doctor suggest any remedy for this issue?
