Nausea

22 years old, unmarried female

Suffering from nausea from 5-6 days. She is also feeling fullness in her abdomen (stomach region). she is having abdominal cramps.

she wants to vomit .she took stematil, risek, and Mucaine syrup.. but didn\'t get any relief

No complaints of constipation or diarrhea.

please suggest any medication?
