Talk to General Physician on Nausea All Time

Salam, I need advice plz. I have had UTI infection, which took 1.5 month to get clear, would come back again after few days of clear tests. Took antibiotics, loads of, then had severe flu cold, took antibiotics again.
Now I feel extremely down, dil kharab se hota hy all thr time, paani tho pee hi nhi skta (though I still have to drink a lot for UTI).
What should I do now? Plz

You have post infection fatigue syndrome.If your antibiotic course is complete, please use the multivitamin I have advised for 14 days at least.Along with a sachet that will also help your UTI.
