Respected sir,I have been experiencing pain in my neck that extends to my arm, with severe pain in the upper part of my arm and neck, for the past 20 days. The pain initially subsided when I took Methcobal for five days, but it has now returned. I have also used Nebral Fort, but the pain persists. I do not have diabetes.
