Currently not taking any medicine. Whenever I lift heavy weights or do a lot of work, sometimes I have lower back pain. But since last night, or rather for a day or two, I have been having a slight pain in my neck. But I couldn't bend my neck at last night. The other side is very sore, even the side with the neck and shoulder.

Pls book a video call appointment for proper checkup and guidance
seems like muscular spasm. Please take a painkiller and apply a heat pack. Physiotherapy will definetely help as well, in sha Allah.
looks like you pinched a nerve root, please get a physical exam done by a physician
it can also be a muscle spasm. take pain killer and don't lift any heavy weights
More likely it is muscular spasm. Take pain killers and muscular relaxant for 3-5 days. If not improve, then consult with neurologist
