Currently not taking any medicine. Whenever I lift heavy weights or do a lot of work, sometimes I have lower back pain. But since last night, or rather for a day or two, I have been having a slight pain in my neck. But I couldn't bend my neck at last night. The other side is very sore, even the side with the neck and shoulder.

More likely it is muscular spasm. Take pain killers and muscular relaxant for 3-5 days. If not improve, then consult with neurologist
