Mujhe winters shuro hotay hi gb thori si garmi wali jaga jaata hoon, dhoop me jaata hoon ya koi effort wala kaam karta hoon to puray jism me needle picking wali sensation shuro ho jati he aur saath me itching. sometimes ye bardasht se bahar ho jati he aur lagta he saans band ho jaae ga.. what could he reason of it? how can i treat this? Pls help. Thanks

AoA, have u ever done CBC it also due to thickness or increase viscosity of blood. let me know after hot bath ur symptoms worse??? U must go for ur Fasting Lipid profile.. after lab consult me for appointment.
