No Cardiac Activity

Question

My last periods date is 16th June 2021. I got positive pragnancy test after 4 weeks and also had a hcg test in 5th week which was 1690. Then I repeated hcg test after 3 days and it was 7354.

Then I had a scan today on 7th week and 2 days (on 5 August) it shows fetal pole and sac size 22.5 mm but no cardiac activity has seen. 
I am concerned of it is normal?

An ultrasound is so much operator dependant.Many a times the fetal cardiac activity is not picked up in very early weeks though the fetus is very much OK.As long your HCG levels are rising,it is reassuring. Repeat HCG levels and wait for a couple of weeks.
Sometimes the pregnancy dates or the age of gestation is less than as counted from last menstrual periof
