Assalamualikum. I am 19 years old. I am feeling node under both of my ears and i can feel pain in them, they are small but i can feel them, they are somehow little bit contracting my throat, they are just below my earlobe, one on each side. I am feeling this for almost 2 days. Left one is slightly bigger than right one but they both are small. Is there something i need to worry about.
