Talk to General Physician on Nose Bleeding

Please assign this query to any doctor My son's nose bleeds (nakseer) since the age of 10 months. First time it happened when he fell down with his face downwards. After that i kept on applying mustard oil in his nose then his nose used to bleed only when he fell down. My son is now about to be 5 yrs old. But since last 3,4 months his nose starts bleeding even when he shouts or is upset, or during heat wave days. Once his nose was bleeding while he was sleeping. Please note that we turn on ac while sleeping. I am applying olive oil to his since many days but its not getting better and its been more than a week that it happens daily. i consulted one general physician earlier who suggested to wash nose with water and apply olive oil with finger every night. But seems like its not working. Being a mother, its unbearable for me to see his nose bleeding every other day. Please recommend some treatment or atleast guide us which sort of doctors should we consult for this issue. Thanks

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started

he need nose checkup by ENT doctor
first of all it's normal most of the time but using olive oil is not good just washing with clean water is good. advice him do not pick his nose .picking nose also cause nose bleed. when ever nose bleed pinch the nose from the tip bend forward unless the bleed stop. as your child grow this problem will be ok. but I also suggest a test (PT, APTT ) to rule out any bleeding disorder
