Asking for Brother, Male, 22 years old, Lahore
Recently noticed some hard tissue underneath the nipple/areola. There is no pain but when pressed there is slight discomfort. Only on the right side. Noticed for about 2 weeks.

May be a case of gynecomastia which is an adolescant disorder due to hormonal imbalance. Usually goes away in around 6 months on its own. Exercise and good.nutrition may be helpful.
