Regular walking in soft shoes... stretch Exercises by Physiotherapist.. use soft fibre diet( to avoid constipation, use compression stockings for visible spider veins, u can use vitamin B12 supplements.. if not improved.. may need MRI L/S spine... and online consultation. Regards
