Aoa I am 36 years having two kids.I am having lower back pain specially buttock area and extreme pain in ankles feel my foot muscles are stiff.. I feel numbness as well. I went to doctor he said your nerves got affected.. and prescribed me medicines of vitamin iron supplements along with multivitamin and muscle relaxant. Things are getting better but whenever I had any physical activity I again had numbness and foot pain
Please Advise is there anything to worry about . Uric acid test is done which is fine

Please visit a neurologist. They might need to order an MRI, specially if numbness is worsening now.
