Kindly tell my ferritin level is very low i am using this form its mentioned 56mg is it elemntal iron dose or not.can i take 2 tablets daily as my level drops suddenly as i stopped supplementation once rose.i need almost 60mg elemental iron daily??

Are you pregnant? You can take Tablet Fefan once or twice a day with Tablet Folic acid 2times a day. This is cheap but very effective for iron deficiency anaemia.
You better have CBC and Vit B12 done and then one can decide what to take and for how long to take.
