I am attaching my reports of ferritin,b12,iron.I am feeling extreme brain fog,concentration and memory issues.

u have low ferritin. it means iron deficiency. vit d and vit b12 are normal. iron deficiency can cause bitter mouth taste, upset stomach, easy fatigue, sometimes breathlessness. can u share your cbc report. if hb is less than 9 an initial iron carboxymaltose inj will be given initially and oral iron given after that for 1 month. oral iron selection is the main thing because usually the iron supplements cause major stomach upset.
Take Tablet Ferrous Sulphate or Fefan 2times a day for 3months.
Tablet Folic acid 2times a day.
Take Tablet Mecobal 2times aday for 15days. Have online consultation for proper treatment.
