patient is my uncle he is diagnosed with mitochondrial neuropathy.Our presenting complaint is headache which is one sided severe in intensity colicky in character duration for 4 days and pain migrates to eye and nose pain doesnot relieved by taking medication like nuberol forte aggravated during day time pain is acute in onset severity is of grade 1. currently he is diagnosed with UTI for which he takes medication. he has past history of renal stones no any gastric issues

Thanks for sharing. This case is a bit complex.

It does not look like a simple migraine. Pain going to the eye and nose, and getting worse with nuberal, can happen in other types like cluster headache or nerve pain.

Also, using pain meds again and again can cause a new problem called medication overuse headache. This makes the pain worse over time.
