Its been there since a year its very painful since beginning first day consulting a dental oral surgeon he gave some painkillers like enziclor nilstat and removet its not getting better sometimes it hurt sometimes its less painful, in sleep my teeth hit it and make it more painfull i got my teeth smoothing done as well its still hit the tongue tried mouth guard uska b corner lagta tha wound per i really dont know what to do m helpless plus the anxiety of turning it into something else is killing me day and night no smoking no betel nut nothing m intolerant to spices and hot stuff PLEASE HELP WHAT IT COULD BE I ASKED MY SURGEON FOR BIOPSY HE SAID ITS NOT NECESSARY m consulting a gastro doctor and taking nexum
Make your oral heigine well .
start Daktarin Oral gel 3 to 4 times a day
keep using Nilstat oral drops 3 to 4 times a day and u can swallow drops .
continue capsule nexum .
start taking Tab.Cobalamin twice daily as well ..

Im getting it checked on a monthly basic by a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and i asked him 2-3 times should i see an oncologist and he said its not needed thats why m confused

Please continue the same treatment and maintain oral hygiene alongwith daktarin gel and Nishat drops regularly. Also continue nexium. First, check your CBC. No need of biopsy at this stage.

Thanks alot for the reply I’m just concerned because it’s there since a year its painful sometimes zada sometimes its better and manageable it gets less painful when i take Nilstat 3-4 days straight can it be something else or just an ongoing infection?
