I have pain and pressure in my right ear, my face and head feel heavy and full pressure and tightness , and it's hard to breathe through my nose properly. my nostrils feels tight and stings sometimes. I also feel pressure in my temples. This happens every day and makes it difficult for me to do my chores. It feels like I can't breathe properly, and it's very uncomfortable. Sometimes makes my eyes blurry.

I went to Pakistan last year, since approx 7 months. I have pain still and symptoms mentioned above. ENT doctor took wax from right ear, then since then I’m in problem and i had ear infection and took amoxicillin and prednisone. Infection is gone but pain, pressure and itchy with symptoms mentioned still there. My eardrum is normal, appearance and size normal.

Yes i had mri but i have to wait 2 months for follow up. So I’m not sure, for now i have this: history and drug history is as per GP's referral. Tinnitus symptoms since March 2023. Right ear. Went abroad and had microsuction. Tinnitus resolved. Since then Otalgia right ear. Sharp and burning pain which
radiates to me face causing pain in the race
Examination:
Tympanic membrane normal.
Diagnosis:
Neuralgia unspecified.
Plan:
Magnetic resonance imaging - referral will be done by this service.
Trigeminal and Sinuses.
This patient will be offered a follow up appointment in 2 months with results.
Refer for audiometry - Patient will be offered an inhouse Audiology test
