Dear sir, I am non smoker, not doning any Exercise, I feel more pain when walk after eating. computer programmer by profession. regards

just gradually increase your stamina, your fitness level is low and may be oxygen saturation level decreases during some breathing exercises and gradually go to brisk walk.
