Do you walk a lot regularly?
Do you lift heavy weights regularly?
Apart from that, do you personally have or have a family history of any pre-existing medical conditions? Diabetes, hypertension, increased blood cholesterol?
Kindly get at least 15-30 minutes of sunlight daily before 11.30 AM. If not possible, then on the weekends.
Kindly consume healthy foods, e.g., fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, reduce junk food intake.
