Talk to General Physician on Pain In Hands

Salam ! I am having pain in my left hand, sometimes it is in right too. Right now I am having dull pain in my left hand that is radiating to the jaw (left), it also includes shoulder blade. I dont have any breathing issues nor any problem of digestion. is it a matter of concern. I also feel dull pain in left chest but it is not radiating. Pain is more when I try to move my hand by exercising.
