Asking for Mother, Female, 50 years old, Sialkot
My mother has been having leg and back pain. Even a little physical activity like walking or doing small household chores causes pain in her legs, back, and sometimes the whole body. Occasionally, one of her feet also swells. She regularly uses Nutrifactor Jointin-D supplements, but there has been no significant improvement. Could you please guide whether this supplement is suitable for her or if we should change it? Also, what possible treatments would you recommend? JazakAllah.

Cold and heat therapy: Use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, then switch to heat.
Massage therapy: This can help relieve muscle pain, reduce stress, and improve blood flow to affected areas.
Proper sleeping position: Sleep in a fetal position with a pillow between your knees, or place a pillow under your knees if you sleep on your back to relieve pressure.
