I experience pain in my legs below the knees and in my feet. I am a mother of a 1 year old and mostly on my feet throughout the day. Raat ko sonay k time pindliyon mai and paun k neeche part mai dard hota and when I wake up in the morning tb bhi kafi dard ho raha hota hai. Kindly help me to identify what is happening and how to treat it. Thank you.

there is many diseases that should be ruled out including osteoporosis osteomalacia Vit D deficiency, obesity that can cause DJD in future ..... so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

Dr I don't get pain in the bones, I feel it in flesh. Sometimes it feels like it's in my nerves. I keep stretching my toes and usually have to sleep with my toes stretched against some hard thing like wood. And also pindli par koi pressure dalta hai to I feel better.

No disturbed neend hoti hai. Mujhe apne paun ki ungliyan kisi sakht cheez like wood par stretch kar k neend ati hai and pindli par bhi koi wazn ya pressure dalta hai to sukoon ata hai. Bones mai dard nhi feel hota.
