Asking for Self, Female, 36 years old, Jhelum
I’m 36 year old female, the problem is that from last 3 months, I always wake up due to sharp pain in my lower back, more like near buttocks on the left side and it radiates till my upper thigh. For good 5 minutes I can’t move, and have to change side. Earlier the frequency, and severity of pain was not that much but now it’s increasing. Also, to mention here that I’m fine in the day, and no pain even if I sit or stand for the whole day. Also I’m overweight. Is this sciatica?
