Talk to General Physician on Pain On Left Muscle

Urgent, please approve, my mom is feeling too much pain on the left side of muscle nearly to the back, we took her to the doctor, but the doctor recommended her only painkillers and gave her an injection, after the injection effect finished she gets the pain again, and none of the pain killers is effecting her
Please advice
History: diabetic Age: 40+
She said he lift the bottle after that she gets the pain.

Thank you for asking. Apparently it is muscular pain but she is diabetic and in her fortiies so i will need to rule out some other conditions before prescribing medicine. For that book your appointment
