Talk to General Physician on Pain On Right Side Of Chest On Sneezing

Since seven days, I'm having pain on right side of chest whenever i cough, sneeze or press the spot (black spot in photo). Taking Panadol. The intensity of pain has reduced.

I've attached latest digital chest x-ray, please tell me, what it is? Also opinion on lungs health, heart size etc...

Note: Three years ago I had Pleuritic pain in winter. Is it the same this time?
