I m facing so many problems now a days related to health... first of all I m 33 years old with 2 kids.. aik tu Mera hb level 10 aya ha.. dusra jab subha ma nashta kar leti hn tu Mera sar bhari ho jata chakar aty ha aur ankho ma khichao sa mehsoos hota ha.. aur dusra rat ko jb ma Sony k liye letti hn tu tango ma bechaini shru ho jati ha.. Har waqt thakwat mehsoos hoti.. menses k bad mujhy chakar ana shru ho jaty jo k buhat sever hoty ha... kamar ma bhi taklef rehti ha.. plz suggest me and tell reasons of all these
