Talk to General Physician on Palpitation, Bodyache And Upset Stomach

Hi, I've had pain in my legs from last two days. I took a painkiller for this purpose. But today my stomach got upset too(motions) and I've extreme anxiety including palpitations now. I'm feeling weakness in my body too. Please help me what to do?
